Reservations / Cancellations / Changes

All reservations require pre-payment at time of booking. 

Non-refundable reservations, can be modified or canceled up to 72 hours before arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the full reservation amount will be retained as a guest credit for future bookings. 

Refundable reservations, the booking can be modified or changed up to 72 hours prior to arrival at no cost to the Guest. 

Within 72 hours of arrival 100% of the reservation amount will be retained by Skyridge. 

No show bookings will be charged full reservation room and tax charges.

Bookings

By booking, you authorize Skyridge Glamping to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Virtual Check-in

Enjoy a hassle-free stay with our virtual check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins and/or late check-outs are subject to fees and pending availability. 72 Hours prior to arrival you will receive an email and/or SMS message with a link to complete your check-in. This must be completed in full. You will also be required to upload your ID and update credit card information to ensure a valid credit card is on file.

Key Lock Code

72 Hours before check-in, and your registration link has been completed in full, we will email you your room number and personalized key lock code. You will need this code to enter your unit as there is no physical key. If you choose not to complete our on-line virtual check-in our front desk is available, and our Guest Services staff will gladly get you checked in. Regular business hours are 9 am to 5 pm and on site but on call at all other hours for 24/7 service. We will require your credit card for payment and ID at that time.

Housekeeping

We provide daily housekeeping on request only for a fee. We provide turn over service for longer stays. Minimum turnover/housekeeping service every 3 nights.

Pet Policy

Skyridge Glamping has specific pet-friendly units. There are no pets allowed in non-pet-friendly rooms. A fine of $250/stay will incur for any pets found in non-pet-friendly rooms.

Non-Smoking & Vaping

Our Resort is non-smoking & vaping. There will be a $250 fine if evidence of any guests found smoking or vaping in their unit or on any of the balconies. No smoking outside within 15’ of any door or window.

Quiet Hours

To maintain our values of a peaceful nature setting quiet hours are always. Please respect all guests by keeping noise to a minimum. We have a strict one warning rule. We reserve the right to fine for any noise violations on the second offense.

Visitors

No visitors allowed to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay for all guests.

Parking

Skyridge Glamping has limited parking space. Each room reservation includes one complimentary parking stall. Additional parking is only available along the driveway. Unauthorized additional vehicles will be fined and towed. No large trailers / RVs permitted.

CCTV

Skyridge Glamping has installed video recording technology in public locations, such as lobbies, walkways, and parking areas, for the safety of its employees, guests and visitors.

Drones Not Allowed

Skyridge Glamping grounds are within Provincial Park where Alberta Parks prohibits the use of UAVs for recreational use. Commercial pilots would require a permit. Read more.

Skyridge Glamping Waiver

This waiver releases Skyridge Glamping from all liability relating to injuries or illness that may occur during the use of the various amenities on the property. With usage of the Skyridge Glamping on property amenities, You forfeit all right to bring a suit against Skyridge Glamping and agree to hold Skyridge Glamping entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or illness incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

You acknowledge that all guests must be staying at Skyridge Glamping. That You take responsibility for the actions of the guests that are using the amenities under my reservation. You will ask for clarification when needed.
